Join us at the Bentall Gallery to celebrate I Dream Library and the closing of How I Get Through This Moment Is Art, a powerful literary exhibit that addresses historic and present day access to literacy, and art as liberation. The evening begins with an Artist talk featuring exhibiting artists Zuleyma Prado, Aisha Kiani, Rakim, and Shafira Vidyamaharani, hosted by exhibit curator Ashlee Conery, followed by a performance (TBA) and a silent auction featuring artworks, collections and experiences. Enjoy drinks and snacks in the Breezeway, and connect with creatives and leaders in Vancouver’s arts, culture, education and social purpose sectors.
