Meet the Team

For 7 years, a small and dedicated team has been steering I Dream Library’s creative direction.


  • FOUNDER

    Aisha is a cultural architect with a broad practice including 20+ years as an entrepreneur, independent researcher and creative. In 2019 they launched I Dream Library with their son Rakim.

    Their clients and collaborators include community members of all ages, emerging + established creatives, government + public institutions, non-profit + family foundations and for-profit organizations across sectors of education, health, justice, tech, hospitality, and arts + culture.


  • CURATOR / COLLABORATOR

    Rakim is Aisha’s son and a creative collaborator at I Dream Library. We are happy to share his creative direction and impact with arts organizations and school communities around the world.

We’re hiring tutor-mentors for remote / online 1:1 and small group support for secondary students. Education professionals in Canada, the US, and UK are welcome to apply.
